Its façade combines a clean white finish with imitation wood details that add warmth, supported by a solid grey plinth that defines the entire ground floor. Given the shady nature of the street, the large openings and glass railings allow more natural light to enter, reinforcing the interior luminosity. The sloping tiled roof adds a nod to tradition with a modern twist.
