Although the initial proposal envisaged a private road, the property finally opted to transfer it as a public road.<\/p>\n<p>The development is structured on the basis of a set of independent plots, carefully dimensioned to allow the construction of dwellings with full compositional and spatial freedom.<\/p>\n<p>The geometry of the parent plot, together with the gentle natural slope of the terrain, led to the implementation of a sloping road, a decision that allowed the plots to be arranged with a slight staggered layout.
