This detached multi-family building is integrated into a residential complex dating from the early 2000s. The piece is configured as a linear block that is progressively staggered to adapt naturally to the orography of the terrain. The complex stands out for its high level of services, including a gymnasium, swimming pool areas and sports courts.<\/p>\n
The architecture has a clear visual identity. Its staggered volumetry and the repetitive composition of its elements reinforce the cohesion of the ensemble, while the ochre tones of its fa\u00e7ades - typical of its temporal context - confer a warm and balanced envelope.<\/p>\n
The most distinctive feature of the project is the presence of wide curved terraces that run continuously along the different floors. These sinuous lines break the rigidity of the block and add dynamism to the exterior image.<\/p>\n
