Subdivision and Detailed Design for the creation of 23 plots in the “Las Lomas de Mijas” housing development, within the municipality of Mijas. At the request of the owners, and with the aim of ensuring the proper development and evolution of the residential development —whose appearance and characteristics are clearly defined and have resulted in a satisfactory urban model— it was decided to continue with the existing design in this project.
The development is planned as a low-density residential area, surrounded by extensive green spaces, creating a pleasant, peaceful and comfortable living environment.
Given the steep gradients of the parent plot, as well as its complex geometry, a slightly winding road was designed, with appropriate gradients, which facilitates the construction of the future homes and, above all, ensures that most of them enjoy spectacular views.
