This building stands out for the whiteness of its façade - an express request from the property - and for the sculptural character we have tried to give it. To achieve this, we have designed the walls of the terraces with sinuous lines both vertically and horizontally, which gives dynamism and movement to the whole. These elements are combined with glass railings and pergolas to convey a sense of lightness.
The interplay between volumes generates a lively architecture, where light and shade vary according to the sunlight. To add warmth to the perception of the whole, a natural stone enclosure and false ceilings on the terraces with slats imitating wood have been planned.
The development, conceived to maximise the comfort and privacy of its residents, has large terraces that extend the homes outwards and allow residents to fully enjoy the views. Inside, the layouts have been carefully designed to achieve functional, bright and welcoming spaces.
