The sea views that the building enjoys, given its location on the second line of the beach, with a height much higher than the adjoining block on the first line, was one of the main axes in its design.
The idea was to create a contemporary, modern, contemporary piece of architecture, integrated into its surroundings, yet standing out in it, without clouding it, but without renouncing its iconic presence. To this end, we opted for a façade articulated by means of horizontal lines and wide angular terraces that break the strict parallelity with the façade. This arrangement generates a changing play of shadows and textures, bringing dynamism and movement to the complex.
On the terraces we strategically place areas with fully glazed railings free of opaque parapets to frame the views from the inside and allow natural light to penetrate deeply into the homes. False ceilings with an imitation wood finish are incorporated as a warm note in the composition.
The building is crowned by white pergolas with wooden beams that complete the ensemble and visually unify the piece from all its angles.
At street level, a partly open, landscaped ground floor generates a pleasant access in its connection to urban life.
