The project is conceived as a contemporary intervention integrated into a consolidated urban environment. Its corner location, with one of its facades facing a public park that frames exceptional views of the sea, were determining factors in its configuration.
The building is articulated by means of continuous cantilevered terraces that generate a marked horizontality in the complex. The fully glazed areas, free of opaque parapets and strategically located, allow the views to be enjoyed from inside the homes and, at the same time, flood the rooms with natural light. The glass balustrades reinforce the sensation of transparency, providing lightness and aesthetic coherence. The terraces incorporate false ceilings with an imitation wood finish, which introduce a warm and friendly note into the composition.
The ground floor is resolved by means of a stone plinth and large glass walls for commercial use, creating a clear transition between the public and private spaces.
