Housing with clean lines and pure volumes that intersect and protrude creating dynamic facades. White predominates and is combined with sandstone to give it a Mediterranean aesthetic. We seek a balance between warmth and modernity.

The upper volume overhangs the ground floor, extending the house towards the terrace, creating a continuous social area. With the large openings we facilitate a fluid connection between interior and exterior spaces, enhancing the entry of natural light and integration with the garden where a pleasant microclimate will be created given the lack of views.
