The house, between party walls and on a single floor, combines minimalist aesthetics with a strong Mediterranean vocation, visible in the integration of water, natural light and outdoor spaces with the interior. We tried to create a modern and functional home, where the architecture is allied with its own environment to create an atmosphere of calm and comfort.
Its composition is organised around an open courtyard dominated by a rectangular swimming pool, around which the main spaces of the house are articulated. Wide overhangs create shaded areas, while several strategically arranged openings incorporate wooden pergolas that filter the light and add warmth to the whole.
Large glass surfaces visually and physically connect the interior with the terraces and garden. The dark woodwork contrasts with the lightness of the main volume and adds a sophisticated and contemporary touch.
