The project is based on the idea of creating a modern and innovative design that also protects us from the neighbouring tourist complex. This led to the creation of the side walls, which are inclined to allow the opening of the house to be regulated according to orientation and privacy needs. These walls, together with the adaptation to the topography, optimise views and minimise the perception of negative elements in the surroundings.
The movement of the walls, together with clear volumes and large overhangs, seek to generate a dynamic and sculptural image of the house. The large glazed openings favour the entry of light, reinforcing the sensation of lightness and spatial continuity.
