This is a house between party walls in which the orientation was a determining factor from the start of the design, leading to the location of the swimming pool in the access space. This area functions as a natural extension of the dwelling thanks to a large connecting opening, in turn protected by an overhanging volume of great presence.
The aim was to generate a dynamic façade through the interplay of incoming and outgoing volumes, finished in white render or sandstone, thus creating a contrast of materials that allows the different planes to stand out and create a hierarchy.
In order to optimise urban planning regulations as much as possible, the complex culminates in an attic space under a pitched roof.
