A large dwelling between party walls in which priority was given to enhancing existing views on the rear façade. Given the rigidity of the regulations, we conceived the house from a set of pure volumes that dialogue with each other through light, texture and proportion. I sought to integrate natural materials that provide warmth, such as stone and wood, with white planes to generate a balanced, timeless architecture integrated into the surrounding environment.
The opening of large windows allows the interior to be filled with natural light and to extend towards the terrace and the swimming pool. I organised the ground floor as a living area and reserved the upper floor for relaxation, guaranteeing privacy and comfort.
