This project was conceived with the aim of creating an exclusive residential community, where contemporary architecture, privacy and the natural environment coexist in balance. The plot is structured in a set of independent units, carefully dimensioned to allow the construction of dwellings with great compositional and spatial freedom.
The steep slope of the land led us to place the road halfway up the hillside, a decision that made it possible to arrange the plots in a gentle staggered layout. As a result, each plot enjoys unobstructed views of the sea and optimal solar orientation, thus enhancing the relationship between the architecture and the landscape.
