A project to renovate the interior and exterior of an unfinished residential building, with the aim of modernising it and bringing it up to current standards.
As for the exterior, the original state—characterised by a stepped volume and a colour palette of reddish tones—presented a heavy and fragmented appearance. The renovation reinterprets the complex using a contemporary architectural language, opting for a unified white colour scheme, which brings greater brightness and lightness, as well as promoting better integration with the surroundings. The balconies and terraces have been refurbished using lighter, glazed solutions, improving transparency, views and the amount of natural light entering the homes.
Inside, the refurbishment covers both the communal areas and the individual flats, involving the renewal of finishes and joinery, as well as the upgrading of the various installations. In some flats, the internal layouts have even been altered to provide a more modern and functional spatial arrangement in line with contemporary standards.
