Rodrigo Living

This is an adaptation of unfinished premises into 2 dwellings. It is an intervention with contemporary features where the façade has been resolved with a continuous light-coloured finish, which provides luminosity, contrasting with the carpentry in dark wood tones.

The façade openings have been opened and regularised, incorporating large windows that guarantee natural lighting and ventilation. The openings at street level have metal grilles, discreetly integrated into the design, providing security without breaking the aesthetics.

We try to convey a sense of order and modernity, well integrated into the urban environment and ready to be enjoyed.
