In this renovation project, we sought to transform a classic Mediterranean-style home into a house with modern, minimalist architecture. The traditional arches, rustic finishes and exterior paving have been completely removed.
The new proposal is characterised by simple, geometric lines and shapes. White volumes are combined with wooden cladding, providing warmth and visual balance. The old arched openings have been replaced by large floor-to-ceiling windows and large sliding glass doors, which maximise the entry of natural light and integrate the interior with the exterior.
The first floor balconies now feature transparent glass balustrades, offering unobstructed views and a light aesthetic. The outdoor area has been renovated with a uniform paving surrounding a modern rectangular swimming pool, completing the transformation to a contemporary design.
