This corner residential building, located between party walls, is defined by a contemporary and sober aesthetic. The architectural proposal is based on volumetric simplicity and purity of lines, where a careful composition of openings and terraces takes centre stage to maximise the capture of natural light.
The envelope proposes a play of contrasts: a plinth in dark tones provides a solid base on which the building sits, while the upper skin, in light tones and glazed elements, provides visual lightness. The result is a piece of timeless aesthetics that blends naturally into its urban surroundings.
Inside, the communal areas open out onto the courtyard in a minimalist and functional way. The atmosphere of modernity and spaciousness is accentuated by the use of linear LED lighting integrated into the ceilings and a selection of avant-garde materials. The use of large-format porcelain stoneware, in combination with glass in railings and stair cores, reinforces a perception of continuity and transparency throughout the project.
