This plot project was conceived with the aim of creating an exclusive residential community, in which privacy and tranquillity would coexist in balance. Although the initial proposal envisaged a private road, the property finally opted to transfer it as a public road.
The development is structured on the basis of a set of independent plots, carefully dimensioned to allow the construction of dwellings with full compositional and spatial freedom.
The geometry of the parent plot, together with the gentle natural slope of the terrain, led to the implementation of a sloping road, a decision that allowed the plots to be arranged with a slight staggered layout. Thanks to this layout, all the plots enjoy unobstructed views and optimal solar orientation.
